Phone and Outlook
IMAP, SMTP, POP3, ActiveSync, CalDAV and CardDAV. Autoconfig: just enter your address and password.
Protection included
Anti-spam, antivirus, TLS, 2FA and brute-force protection at no extra cost.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC
If the domain is on MCDNS, records are added automatically. Elsewhere, the wizard tells you what to enter.
Several domains
All company domains in one account; import staff from CSV.
Aliases, filters, quotas
Forwarding, auto-reply, Sieve filters and a quota per mailbox.
Two ways to connect
As a hosting add-on
Add email to your MCHosting plan and it connects to your domain right away — no manual DNS setup.
As a separate order
Site hosted elsewhere? Order MCMail on its own. The wizard shows what to add to DNS.
Email runs separately from your site
MCMail runs on separate servers, not on the hosting servers: maintenance, updates or a failure on the site don’t affect email. If your balance runs out and the service is suspended, email data is kept for 30 days — top up within that time and everything comes back.
Note: the balance is shared. At zero balance email is suspended too, and incoming messages may not be delivered during that time — keep an eye on your balance.

Email questions
Do I need my own domain?
Yes, email works on your domain. No domain yet? We will explain how to register one.
Can I move messages from my old email?
Yes, via IMAP. Do it yourself for free with our guide, or order it as a paid service. Price — on the mycloud.uz page.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes: mail via IMAP and SMTP; on phones and mobile Outlook, calendar and contacts sync via ActiveSync. In desktop Outlook for Windows, calendar and contacts are connected separately (CalDAV).
Can I restore a deleted message?
There is a paid “30-day backups” service for that. Without it, restoring individual messages and mailboxes is not guaranteed.
