Frequently asked questions
Where are the servers physically located?
In MYCLOUD’s own Tier II+ data center in Tashkent, with UPS, a diesel generator, climate control and security. Your site’s data stays in Uzbekistan.
How does daily billing work?
You top up your balance and the plan price is charged every day at 00:00. The monthly price is the total for 30 days. The first charge happens at the first 00:00 after activation. You can top up for several months at once — the rest simply stays on the balance.
What happens if my balance runs out?
The service is suspended. Top up and it switches back on automatically. Data retention periods are set in the public offer (section 21).
Is email included?
No, MCMail business email is a separate service: add it together with hosting or on its own. Your site sends form emails and notifications without buying email.
Can I change plans?
Yes, up or down at any time — just message support. Billing is daily, so you never overpay in advance.
I don’t have a domain yet.
Hosting needs a domain. Message us on Telegram and we will explain how to register a .uz or any other domain.
Will you help me move my site?
Yes. The migration page has a step-by-step guide, and we answer questions on Telegram for free. A full migration by our engineers is arranged individually.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT: MYCLOUD LLC is not a VAT payer.
How do companies pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice; we provide a monthly certificate of completion and an e-invoice. Bank details are on the payment page.
